Once you complete your booking, you'll receive a confirmation email - and your journey to Bella Posta will be set!

Before you arrive, we'll send you an invitation to complete your online check-in. Here, we'll collect all the necessary details for the mandatory guest registration, so your on-site check-in will be super quick. Plus, you can choose if you prefer a digital key or a traditional key card.
One thing to note: for the mandatory on-site check-in (taking place at our partner property, Parkhotel Holzner) you'll need to bring an official photo ID, as we are legally required to verify your identity.

Before your arrival, we'll send you your digital key, giving you access to the main entrance and your apartment. Prefer a key card? No problem! You'll have chosen your preference during online check-in, and if you opted for the key card, we'll hand it over to you during the on-site check-in.

Time to relax and enjoy your vacation! Through the Bella Posta app, you can easily book additional services like Day Spa or E-Bike tours or simply chat with our team if you need any assistance. We've also got tons of tips for making your time in Oberbozen unforgettable!

Eventually, even the best vacations must come to an end. Don't forget to check-out digitally on the day of your departure (you'll get a reminder, of course). This way, we’ll know you're on your way home.
We'll send you the final bill for any outstanding charges, and you can easily pay it online. But if you prefer, you can also settle the bill in person at our partner property the day you leave.
